Quantum-Touch Healing

The Way It Works:

Quantum-Touch is a powerful energy healing system that utilizes your deep, conscious breath to activate your body’s Life Force (also known as Chi, Prana and Divine Intelligence) to facilitate healing and bring your body to its natural state of wellness.

Quantum-Touch utilizes the physics principle of resonance and entrainment, which is the process whereby two objects vibrating at different speeds start to vibrate at the same speed when energy is transferred between them.

When vibrational frequencies are the same, we can say they are resonating.  For example, crickets chirp in unison; fireflies flash at the same time; menstrual cycles align for women living in the same household.

During a session, I utilize the Quantum-Touch breathing and body awareness techniques to create and hold high frequency energy. When a high vibrational energy influences another energy field we can say they are entraining.

By placing this field of high frequency energy around an area of pain, stress, inflammation, or disease, your body naturally resonates and entrains to the higher energy frequency, thus amplifying your body’s ability to heal itself.

Protocol: **All clients are required to fill out a simple intake form and complete an Intuitive Body Reading session prior to scheduling Quantum-Touch sessions. Three consecutive Quantum-Touch sessions are then scheduled within 45 days. Each session is 60 minutes.

Prior to your session, make yourself comfortable on a couch, chair or bed in a room where you won’t be interrupted. If a possible, have your hands free.

Craniosacral/IBR Combo

**This service is not offered at this time.

The Way it Works:

In a joint session, my colleague, Jane Gatanis (a craniosacral, lymph drainage, and occupational therapist), will provide healing through craniosacral therapy, while I provide intuitive body reading and energy healing–all at the same time.

Craniosacral therapy uses a light and gentle touch to free the membranes of the head and spinal cord. The body’s craniosacral system includes the bones, fluid and membranes of the skull (cranium) down the spine to the sacrum, or tailbone. This therapy encourages proper circulation of cerebral spinal fluid which is necessary for a healthy nervous system. These palpitating movements induce proper flow throughout the body, which in turn, help boost the immune system and help cleanse the body of toxins.

We have enjoyed many successful joint sessions, especially working with parents and their children/infants, and encourage families to seek out this wonderful healing combination. (These sessions take place at a convenient Union Square location in NYC.)

Couples Restorative

**Couples Restorative sessions are currently being conducted on Zoom.

The way it works:

Often, what you and your partner are arguing about doesn’t even come close to what’s really at the root. Emotional triggers send us reeling back to childhood behaviors and responses, which we learned long before we met our partners.

Couples Restorative utilizes energy healing and dialoging principles for getting below the apparent conflict, and teaches both of you how to become healers for each other. It requires a deep commitment from both partners to be in complete truth, not only to each other, but to themselves.

Couples Restorative is not like traditional couples therapy or divorce counseling. Those seeking help in those modalities should seek out practitioners specific to them. Couples Restorative is for those seeking to restore a spiritual connection within the relationship by cultivating healing tools to strengthen it.

Protocol:  Each partner is required to fill out separate intake forms and complete individual Intuitive Body Reading sessions prior to commencing Couples Restorative work.  This allows each partner a chance to have their own space to get at underlying issues and access emotional wounding that has long been buried without the fear of a partner’s reaction. Once the individual sessions have been completed, the couples restorative session can be scheduled.

Fee:  $265

Intuitive Body Reading

The way it works:

Intuitive Body Reading is especially helpful when you feel stuck and need clarity about an emotional, mental or physical problem. It is a pivotal step in learning to live your life intuitively and authentically. The information revealed during your session is not a medical diagnosis. It is meant to help you on your holistic path to healing and does not negate or supersede a diagnosis from a licensed medical professional or other healing practioner.  Ideally, they should all work together!

After you have set up your appointment with me, please fill out and electronically submit this simple intake form.  Prior to your session, make yourself comfortable on a couch, chair or bed in a room where you won’t be interrupted. If a possible, have your hands free.

During a session, I intuitively scan and read your body’s energy field to sense and uproot information that is hidden way below or way above your physical body. I invite your own divine wisdom to come forth and share its wisdom. This is achieved through energetic focus and resonance.

The information reveals itself as images, phrases and sensations–both literal and metaphoric–that are directly connected to you, and that may help you get below the surface of your issue, disease, confusion or energetic block.  I share what I am picking up as it is occurring so we have an open exchange about it.  You participate in your healing process by learning to dialogue with your body and learning to listen to your intuition. Post session, an ongoing healing plan is reviewed.

Intuitive Body Readings are offered in tandem with Energy Healing.
