What’s your story?

We all have at least one story–a personal narrative that we create based on what we think is wrong with us:

“No one values what I have to say so why bother expressing myself…”

“Nothing ever works out the way I want. The Universe must really hate me…”

“I don’t trust myself to make the right choices in my life…”

Fill in your own! We all have at least one or two main themes that seem to be running our lives.

These themes are rooted in emotional, psychological and spiritual wounding. They can become so extreme in their constrictive cycle of control that we end up creating personal identities based on them, which can ultimately transform into depression, stuckness, self-loathing, and finally, physical ailments.

What Can You Do About It?

You can’t heal your story by just talking and processing over and over.  In fact, that keeps it alive and fueled.  But the good news is that you can get beneath it and its overbearing grip. By utilizing the tools of intuitive body reading, energy balancing and health astrology, I can help you identify your story at its root–and if you are really ready to do the work–free yourself from it!
